Omnicom Media Group agency OMD has topped the 2019 global billings rankings as compiled by COMvergence.
OMD has projected 2019 global billings of $US19.6 billion and growth of 6.1%, a rate dramatically higher than the industry’s 0.6% average.
Second is Mindshare with billings of $17.9 billion, up 1%, and Carat at $US16.1 billion, up 5.5.%, third.
On a holding group basis, WPP’s GroupM leads the world with projected billings of $US50.05 billion. Publicis Media is second with $US$33.777 billion and Omnicom Media Group third with $US31.367 billion.
