Digital product agency Nightjar has developed a new website for electrical solutions company ZETR.
ZETR and Nightjar’s strategy focused on creating a user experience around tools and educational content tailored for the customer base, ranging from architects specifying the products to electricians handling installations.
Nightjar also devised a streamlined checkout process, allowing customers to request personalised quotes for any product within the ZETR range. These requests are transmitted to Salesforce via their API, generating leads for the ZETR team to engage with directly.
ZETR and Nightjar plan to deepen their collaboration by integrating an E-Commerce layer in the future, which will enable ZETR to broaden its digital capabilities and improve customer experience.
ZETR marketing manager, Pascale Lamy, said the company loved working so closely with the Nightjar team and truly valued their design and technical expertise.
