Optimising expands team following business growth
Optimising has appointed two SEO specialists to its ranks as well as promoting Kara Moss to the leadership team in the role of people and culture lead. Franchesca Del Rosario joins Optimising as a SEO specialist and Ellie Handberg has also been appointed as an SEO specialist. 

Annabel Acton joins Deloitte Digital Creative as brand transformation director
Deloitte Digital has appointed strategy executive Annabel Acton as director in its growing brand transformation business.
Acton, who has also landed a book deal, product deal and most recently a TV deal, follows a series of senior agency leaders joining Deloitte Digital that includes Paige Prettyman and Dan Wright.

AnalogFolk's senior creative leadership changes
AnalogFolk's Sydney-based executive creative director Richard Morgan is stepping down after three-and-a-half years.
The agency’s creative leadership is now in the hands of Naomi Martin and Catherine Tubb, formerly associate creative directors, who have been promoted to joint creative directors.

Initiative Perth's new leadership team 
Initiative Perth has announced the expansion of a new senior leadership team. Led by managing director David Burger, who joined the agency in September 2021, the new leadership team comprises of:

Steve Hare – head of client service (Initiative and Group Yellow)

Bonifacio's passion and expertise in innovation and product development will guide clients to identify opportunities for growth and facilitate sensory ideation and innovation.

Forethought announces three senior hires
Marketing research consultancy Forethought has announced three appointments, with Nicole Shoaei joining as director of financial services, Susan Snowball as director of healthcare and wellness and Anna Lorenzetto as associate director of communications.

Kaimera makes three hires 
The Kaimera team has added three highly experienced media leaders to its team, including Sally Powell as director of partnerships content and social, Marianne Lane as head of investment, and Rachel Evans as associate client director.

James McManus promoted to ECD of Pedestrian Group
James McManus has been promoted to executive creative director of youth-focused publisher Pedestrian Group.
He will be responsible for managing the group's creative representation with clients and agency partners, overseeing the continued promotion and growth of the Australian VICE and Refinery29 brands within their global networks, and identifying opportunities for further creative integration with Nine.
