AdNews Live 2022 has kicked off in Melbourne.
The event at the Arts Centre is on the theme: Metaverse, the next ad frontier.
The first speaker is Alexandra Sloane, the marketing director at Meta in Australia and New Zealand.
"No single company can build the metaverse," she says.
"We believe our role is to actually accelerate the development of the creative tools, the technologies, and platforms that will bring the metaverse to life.
"We're not turning away from our foundation apps, products and services, they will be a crucial part of the metaverse ecosystem."
