Meta (formerly Facebook) has released its 2022 Super Bowl commercial before the big game.
It features an animatronic dog, retired from service, finding his way back to his former life via the metaverse.
With music -- Simple Mind’s Don’t You (Forget About Me) -- the ad tells the story of the dog who is discarded when the arcade Questy closes.
The clip, Old Friends. New Fun, says "No one’s ever gotten the band back together quite like this."
