M&C Saatchi adds seven interns

M&C Saatchi Group has completed its 2024 Open House recruitment program, culminating with the selection of seven individuals for paid internships across the Sydney and Melbourne offices.

The Open House programme, now in its third year, attracted 1,276 registrants for its series of free, live webinars. This eight-week modular training program offered participants insights into disciplines such as creativity, strategy, design, CX, media, data, and innovation, with guidance from leaders across M&C Saatchi Group.

In Sydney, the interns include Julien Ortiz, Jess Saunders, Chloe Hinchliff, Anton Johansen and Caroline Presbury; in Melbourne, the interns include Shannon Kruss and Priscilla Cooper.

M&C Saatchi Group's director of people and culture, Jen Hegarty, said in a time when fostering diverse and equitable talent pipelines has never been more critical, the agency is proud to see the Open House programme flourishing.

"The overwhelming response and extraordinary calibre of applicants reinforce our commitment to opening doors and driving meaningful change within our industry," she said.
