LG Electronics has appointment Nick Ellery as head of digital. He joins from Pharmacare, and previously led digital strategy for Red Bull Australia.
He will be tasked with creating and executing the digital strategy for LG Australia across SEO, SEM, website strategies, digital media buys, ecommerce, social media and CRM.
He will oversee digital marketing across six product categories and work with agencies VML and Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
Ellery will report to Lambro Skropidis general manager of marketing.
“Every year digital is more and more a part of our business and we have very high aspirations for our digital footprint in 2015. The year has kicked off brilliantly on the digital front and Nick’s experience will add some serious clout to keep moving in the right direction,” said Skropidis.
