GrowthOps announced today the appointment of Susan Lyons as general manager of behaviour change creative agency, Khemistry.
Lyons joined Khemistry from Publicis where she was executive strategy director. She has also worked at CHE Proximity, PwC and Clemenger BBDO, and brings enterprise level customer experience strategy and data driven marketing expertise.
Khemistry co-founder Andy Fyffe will take on a key client relations role, while supporting Lyons' transition to gGeneral ganager.
Lyons: “It’s a huge privilege to be given the opportunity to lead the Khemistry team. It is not lost on me that I am taking over from Andy, a founder who has put their heart and soul into building a business that both serves our clients impeccably and deeply cares for our employees.
Kelly Brightwell will be stepping into the role of strategy director and joining Khemistry’s senior leadership team.
Brightwell brings a 15-year track record establishing, growing and repositioning brands across tourism, financial services, health and retail having previously worked for Suncorp, Lorna Jane, Velocity Frequent Flyer, Virgin Australia and Virgin Blue.
Brightwell says she was drawn to Khemistry’s unique combination of passion, process and people. “Their reputation for combining creativity with insight to deliver truly impactful work was a huge draw card for me. The clincher though, was the calibre of their team and vision of their leadership. It’s a really exciting time for Khemistry and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”
