JCDecaux today announced the appointment of Amanda Munce as its head of campaign execution.

The role, traditionally in the operations area of the business, has been restructured to sit within the broader sales team.

She spent the last 12 years at Seven West Media in various campaign operations roles and leading delivery teams both on and offshore.

“I am so excited to join this progressive business and look forward to leading the team to deliver exceptional client service with customer success at the heart of everything we do," says Munce.

Munce reports to Cassandra Cameron, executive general manager – eevenue strategy & operations.

Cameron: “This important restructure and appointment brings together key client touchpoint areas that drive an increased focus on exceptional customer experiences.

"Our customers’ journey starts with the Sales and Campaign Delivery teams, and bringing these teams together ensures JCDecaux delivers an unrivalled customer experience and drives positive business outcomes for our clients.”

Munce’s appointment follows a series of promotions and appointments in the JCDecaux’s sales team, including the promotion of Oliver Newton to chief sales officer, and Cassandra Cameron, as well as two key programmatic sales appointments following last month’s launch of JCDecaux’s programmatic offering.
