The In-House Agency Council (IHAC) has launched the inaugural IHAC Awards presented by TikTok.

The aim of the awards is to showcase the work coming out of the industry, to recognise the teams, and to build a library of best practice case studies that IHAC members can share and learn from.

“In-house and hybrid agencies are creating some world class work, but they often find it difficult to prioritise the time or resources required to enter awards shows,” IHAC chairman Chris Maxwell says.

"We created the IHAC Awards specifically for in-house and hybrid teams. We removed the barriers to entry, we've made submissions really simple, we’re not asking for hype reels or bespoke presentations; we want to judge the work on its merits and its impact in the market. Importantly, thanks to TikTok, our presenting partner, we've waived entry fees in 2022 so it’s easy to enter and share the work you’re proud of.”

The award show will be held virtually and is open to all in-house or hybrid agencies in Australia.

The four IHAC Awards categories are Best Creative Work, Best Integrated Campaign, Best Innovation, and In-House Agency of the Year.

The IHAC Awards judging panel will be chaired by creative industry leader Nick Garret.
