Impact.com acquires Pressboard

Impact.com has acquired Pressboard, an analytics and reporting platform for branded content.

Pressboard, a Vancouver-based company, provides tools to measure sponsored content, ecommerce, and social media programs.

The acquisition allows publishers to scale their content partnership opportunities by enabling more robust partnership opportunities between publishers and brands.

Pressboard joins Trackonomics, which Impact.com acquired last year to create a holistic publisher solution to power and scale their sponsored and commerce content programs.
