Following a period of project work, independent agency Hyland has been appointed to the full service account for beauty and health company Church & Dwight.
There are 19 brands within the portfolio including Nair, Batiste Dry Hair Shampoo, Dencorub, Curash Baby and Femfresh.
Hyland has been appointed to support the global creative with local adaptation, media and digital strategy for their end to end campaigns.
“By joining messaging and media we have the opportunity to truly develop campaigns which drive greater success. We can quickly understand what messages are influencing purchase decisions in which media channels," Hyland founder Virginia Hyland says.
"To start our relationship we analysed the websites and helped to create a better user experience through strengthening online performance. This became the foundation for developing our thinking and deeply understanding their current customers."
The is the second full-service win for the agency this month, which also picked up the media, creative and digital duties for home and kitchen brand KitchenAid.
