Susan Lyons has joined behaviour change creative agency Khemistry as its first executive strategy director
She has been appoinbted to the senior leadership team three months after Brent Liebenberg’s appointment as its first executive creative director.
Lyons was executive strategy director at Brisbane-based Publicis Worldwide. She also brings experience from CHE Proximity, PwC and Clemenger BBDO.
She says she is naturally drawn to opportunities where she can help influence the next phase of growth.
“And when that comes with the chance to work with great people, then the decision is particularly easy," she says.
“Andy (Fyffe) has an impressive track record in behaviour change in social marketing. That track record combined with Brent’s exceptional credentials in consumer products, and my experience with service brands, will provide Khemistry and our clients with a great platform for the future.”
Khemistry general manager and cofounder Andy Fyffe: “Susan has worked at senior levels in agency, consulting and client side roles. Her enterprise level customer experience strategy and data driven marketing expertise is a gift for business
problem solving,” Andy said.
“She was integral to the CHE Proximity turnaround story in the early teens, working on business strategy with the CEO to identify, partner, acquire and bring to market the key components of their category-busting offering.
“This experience gives her a rare ability to help integrate our in-house research, technology, digital marketing, content, and creative capabilities into a next generation growth partner offering.
“Susan has an intuitive understanding of the evolution of client needs and how to shape an agency value proposition to match.”
GrowthOps CEO Clint Cooper: “Susan is clearly a significant future leader for the wider GrowthOps business and very well equipped to help foster the group’s momentum as a leading growth experience partner. I’m delighted to welcome her to the team.”
