Five by Five Global and Gather in customer referral study

Independent agency Five by Five Global has partnered with peer-to-peer marketing platform Gather to provide a benchmark survey for customer referral programs.

The survey aims to help data focused marketers benchmark their growth strategies against industry counterparts.

Iz El-Bahnasy, Gather CEO, invites brand managers and marketers to contribute anonymously to this "first-of-its-kind" study.

“When it comes to analysing customer acquisition costs, revenue contribution and the impact these programs have on loyalty, the big question clients want to know is how well their performance stacks up relative to the market,” El-Bahnasy said.

Matt Lawton, MD of Five by Five Global, said this research will help established brands and startups.

"In particular, understand the value in peer to peer referral programs and how their own efforts compare to others in their category," Lawton said.

"It’s one thing to show how your key acquisition metrics for growth are improving, but quite another to demonstrate to your investors or C-Suite that you’re in the top 10% globally.”
