Christian Stenta has joined Decade of Action (D.O.A) as its head of strategy.

Stenta brings experience in data and public policy to the agency, having established the Victorian Government’s first Behavioural Insights Unit.

"Our vision is to accelerate the positive action and impact that businesses and brands can have on crucial social and environmental issues," says Ebony Gaylor, founder and managing partner of D.O.A.

"Christian is a proven innovator and strategic mind in this space. He’s also a lovely person to work with.”

D.O.A was launched by Thinkerbell and social designer and entrepreneur Ebony Gaylor as a social cause consultancy.

D.O.A has several clients it provides social cause consulting to in the form of strategy, research and innovation including Taronga Zoo, KIND, Charter Hall, Calvary Healthcare, Skittles and Lifeline.

“Christian is a proven operator in the social cause and purpose space," says co-founder, Adam Ferrier.

"He’s also brilliant and an open source and co-creation solutions. He’s a gun and we’re stoked he’s joined the team at D.O.A.”
