Blaze adds Billings to new Perth office

By AdNews | 3 December 2014

WPP-backed, full-service agency Blaze has opened a new office in Perth with ex-Marketforce and West Australian News account manager Chris Billings taking the wheel as agency lead.

He will be working with Blaze Perth's foundation client, real estate player Jones Lang LaSalle Australia, while chasing other prospective clients.

Blaze has been open for nearly 20 years, with offices in all other states and territories except Canberra, but has now made the jump to Perth. It says it's focusing on web and mobile based projects.

The agency won't be all alone in the Perth market, with WPP sister agency Professional Public Relations also present there.

Blaze said it would leverage its access to the Y&R Brands network, which has research intelligence on 44,000 brands, to help clients in the Perth market.
