Australian boutique media consulting company Venture Consulting has been bought by global strategy consulting firm Altman Solon.
IAB Australia and its Audience Measurement Council in March appointed Venture Consulting to conduct a strategic industry review of digital audience measurement requirements.
Venture Consulting will start operating as part of Altman Solon in Australia and New Zealand today under the leadership of Justin Jameson, founder of Venture Consulting, and David Bornstein, prior a leader of Oliver Wyman’s ANZ Communications, Media, and Technology practice.
All of Venture Consulting’s employees will join Altman Solon.
Commercial details of the sale have not been released.

This deal marks the culmination of a successful, long-running client services partnership between Altman Solon and Venture Consulting.
