Audience Group mixes up leadership

Independent agency Audience Group has restructured its leadership .

Co-founder and managing director Tom Evans will become into chief operating officer.

Co-founder and director of strategy James McDonald will take on the managing director role

Evans said this shift to COO lets him focus on scaling capabilities, continuing to bring the right people on board and ensuring innovation.

McDonald said this change is invigorating.

“We’re not about growth for the sake of it,” McDonald said.

“This structural shift is about ensuring every step we take strengthens our offering, that we build with purpose, and stay ahead of market demands.”
