Assia Benmedjdoub has been appointed as publisher of AdNews.
She joins the title after 14 years at Yaffa Media, principally as editor of fashion business journal Ragtrader.
During her time, Benmedjdoub has developed a multi-tier digital, print and event platform and worked alongside several AdNews journalists.
She said she welcomed the opportunity to foster relationships with the advertising and media community, with diversified content opportunities.
“I am thrilled to join a title that has inspired, challenged and celebrated the advertising industry since 1928,” she said.
“I look forward to working with the incredible AdNews team on building industry collaborations and opportunities.”
She will develop AdNews alongside executive publisher, James Yaffa.
“I look forward to working with Assia in developing new and relevant trade media opportunities for the industry,” Yaffa said.
“Assia is an outstanding executive for Yaffa Media and will take AdNews to new heights in a time of great opportunity.”
