AANA's new chair is Jenni Dill

The Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) has appointed Jenni Dill, CMO of The Arnott's Group, chair of the board of directors.

She replaces Martin Brown, general amanger at Nestlé. “I’m incredibly proud of how far AANA has come, the value we are delivering to our members and the impact we are having on the industry," he said.

"This was made possible through the trust of our members, the dedication of the AANA team and the support of our board. I am confident that AANA will soar to new heights with Jenni Dill at the helm.”

Jenni Dill expressed gratitude for Martin Brown’s leadership.

"Martin has made an incredible contribution to AANA and the industry," she said.

"We cannot thank him enough for leaving the AANA in such a strong position as the leading marketing industry body in Australia. I’m both honoured and excited to step into this role and lead our efforts in supporting and championing Australia’s marketing community.”

New directors appointed to the board:

Anneliese Douglas, Director of Marketing & Communications, Nestle. She has experience in both agency and client-side.

Leandro Perez, SVP & Chief Marketing Officer Australia and New Zealand, Salesforce His expertise spans end-to-end business transformation, customer-focused strategy, and organisational development.

Cameron Luby, Head of Consumer Marketing, Optus. He is a strategic marketing leader with more than 23 years experience across Australia and the US.

The AANA board thanked departing directors Aisling Finch, Anubha Sahasrabuddhe and Martine Jager. 

“It is truly an exciting time to be part of the AANA community and we have a bright future ahead of us. Our new chair and renewed board will help AANA shape the future of a trusted and sustainable marketing industry in Australia," said AANA CEO Josh Faulks.

"Congratulations to Jenni and the new board members, and a big thank you to Martin and those leaving the board for their support and donating their precious time over so many years.”
