Queensland Government's Department of Education wants to stop bullying in its tracks with a new digital campaign aimed at young children.
The campaign features an iPad app that tells an interactive story about Allen (an alien) who arrives at a local school and disrupts the peace without knowing he's doing any harm. The app aims to educate children about how their actions can affect others.
BCM managing director Kevin Moreland said “Rather than developing a fairly standard website page with tips and information, we tapped into the generation of young kids who are proficient iPad users and instead created a fun, interactive learning tool specifically for them which is a positive experience.”
