Target is keeping things simple in its Christmas ad campaign, spruiking itself as the home of “higher quality and lower prices.”
In a low key spot featuring singer Jessica Mauboy wandering through a house, the ad sells the store as one place where you can get “everything you need for a magical Christmas”.
As a cheery Mauboy makes her way through the home it comes alive, magically decorating itself at the touch of her finger or gesture of her hand.
Close encounters with minced pies and puddings round out the offering, which is all punctuated with reminders of Target's low prices.
