Havas Media Group reignites the need for speed

Rev your engines, Arena Media and EA games have collaborated to launch a unique "virtual to real world experience" with Need for Speed, Crew Create.

The campaign has been designed to give gamers, car lovers and designers the chance to assist in building the ultimate Need For Speed masterpiece.

The two month content campaign, by Havas-owned Arena, will connect fans over digital and social media and give them access to Australian designers, creative and leading automotive customisers to create their dream vehicle.

Using full 360 degree immersive video technology, fans are transported to a virtual garage to design a real vehicle.

New content will be released weekly and give fans the opportunity to vote to customise the selected car. The completed car will be decked out in specs taken from the latest Need for Speed game, and then displayed at some of Australia’s biggest motoring events and race days in 2016.

Need For Speed - Crew Create will be live in the Australian market throughout November and December, across multiple channels as well as the Need For Speed website.

This is the first campaign Arena Media has worked on since Havas Media launched Arena earlier this year.
