This holiday season, Santa’s sleigh might make an unexpected stop—right on the roofs of Australian Building Co display homes.
In a festive twist on the traditional display home showcase, ABC Homes, in collaboration with creative agency Hook Creative Studio, has launched its ‘Reserved For Santa’ activation.
The centerpiece of the campaign is an installation perched atop select ABC display homes, complete with a giant 'Reserved For Santa' sign.
Australian Building Company marketing manager, Leanne Backhouse, said the company wanted to create something that wasn’t just about showcasing homes but also about connecting with the community in a way that feels warm, festive, and a
little unexpected.
"The ‘Reserved For Santa’ installation does exactly that—it’s fun, it’s joyful, and it’s a great photo op!” she said.
Hook's Pat Langton said Christmas is all about imagination and magic.
"With the ‘Reserved For Santa’ installation, we wanted to bring that sense of wonder to life while keeping ABC Homes at the heart of it," he said.
"It’s not just a house—it’s a home waiting for special moments. Plus, who doesn’t love the thought of Santa checking out the rooftop views?”
