With COVID-19 continuing to transform the retail landscape this Christmas, Aramex Australia CEO Peter Lipinski says Aramex is focusing on the things that matter most this season.
Aramex has produced a new 30 second spot which will air on digital and social channels, in addition to regional Australian TV for the first time.
“The Aramex Christmas brand commercial is another step in the ongoing evolution of our brand,” Lipinski says.
“This commercial delivers on our goal of enhancing brand awareness for more than 850 of our locally owned and operated Franchise Partners across the country."
Showcasing the parcel journey two Christmas deliveries take from the local Aramex depot to their respective customers, the spot also demonstrates how much more deliveries matter at Christmas.
Aramex Australia chief marketing officer Cherie Kellahan says the commercial captures the important connection between couriers and their local customers during the festive season.
“Our advertisement highlights the important role Aramex plays in delivering what matters most to us this Christmas – especially after such a tough year for so many,” Kellahan says.
“We want customers to remember our local couriers are the people behind their parcels.
“Whether we’re delivering Santa gifts to parents, or to smart shoppers who beat the crowds and stayed home during our record Black Friday this year, we’re keeping Australia moving during what’s shaping up to be our busiest Christmas yet.”
Aramex reported a record 43% increase in deliveries on 2019 levels during the Black Friday week, and a 39% increase on Black Friday.
“Our national and international network is fully operational and rising to the challenges of increasing demand as we keep parcels and deliveries on track,” Lipinski says.

The commercial was directed by creative producer and photographer Andy Baker, who worked with Aramex on a previous commercial in April 2020.
