Health fund Bupa has launched a campaign to support Lifeline's upcoming 'Stress Down Day' on July 27, which aims to encourage Australians to reduce their levels of stress.
The campaign features a series of animated videos demonstrating how you can stress less, and can be personalised and shared with users' friends via social media. The animations were created by Portner Novelli, with the campaign aiming to complement Bupa's upcoming 'Stress Down' blogger event and related media outreach program.
