ANZ are back with a series of TVCs to promote the new “ANZ Fraud Money Back Guarantee” and to demonstrate ANZ’s commitment to do whatever it takes to ensure customers’ card security.
The campaign comes off the back of research and customer insight that found security-related factors were the most important considerations that people took into account when choosing a credit card.
The five-week television campaign which includes two TVCs includes other integrated channels such as outdoor, airport, ATMs, online and taxi.
This campaign is part of ANZ’s new brand strategy with the tagline “We live in your world” launched in late 2009 which is focussed on providing a more uncomplicated banking experience that better meets the needs of customers.
