Blitz Publications has shut its 18-year old monthly football magazine Soccer International.
The monthly title had been in publication since 1993 and covered the Australian A-League and major football competitions around the world. Soccer International's last issue was its July edition.
Blitz Publications was unavailable for comment when contacted by AdNews, leaving details behind the closure and the future movements of Soccer International staff undisclosed.
The Soccer International website, which is still online says: "As you're aware our Soccer International magazine website has been down for a few days. Unfortunately this is due to external issues beyond our control….we will be back on line within the next couple of days."
Melbourne-based Blitz Publications also has the titles International Kickboxer, Australian Ironman, Golf Magazine, Inside MMA, Blitz Martial Arts, Australian Natural Health, Women's Health & Fitness and Triathlon & Multi Sport.
