Nielsen Media's Australian managing director Peter Cornelius has departed from his role, amidst a restructure of the research company.
Nielsen has merged its consumer and media businesses to become a joint operation, under the leadership of managing director Chris Percy, who was previously managing director of the consumer business.
Cornelius has been with Nielsen since 2002. He started his most recent role in March 2011.
The media side of the business will now be handled by head of media practise Matt Bruce, who reports to Percy.
He is still searching for a new role.
