Former Marketforce creative director Andrew Tinning has partnered with ex-Ad Impact creative director Drew Ridley to form Perth creative agency SHEDcsc.

The agency will be based on an outsourcing model, with a small internal team that can bring together resources from a range of fields.

Tinning said the model is based on "flexibility".

"We are breaking down the unnecessary layers, so that we can actually deliver what clients want," he said.

SHEDcsc has launched with two staff members, Tinning and Ridley. The agency does not have any retained foundation clients, but is currently working on two undisclosed projects.

The agency will be working closely with a range of business partners, including production houses, design agencies and digital shops. Ridley left Ad Impact earlier in the year, while Tinning left Marketforce in November 2010.
