Women's retailer Suzanne Grae has appointed McCann Sydney as its agency of record, the first such appointment after the agency acquired Smart earlier in the year.
McCann pitched against M&C Saatchi and The Works to win the account, which encompasses Australia and New Zealand.
McCann Sydney managing director and national planning director Ashley Farr said: “We are delighted to bring our extensive retail experience into this partnership with Suzanne Grae. Suzanne Grae is a very passionate and creative organisation, and this is a great opportunity for us to do great work that can really make a difference.”
This marks the first win the agency has announced since McCann Worldgroup acquired Smart earlier in the year. The acquisition saw Smart leadership take control of McCann Worldgroup.
The appointment is effective immediately.
