The debut episode of Gruen Planet on ABC1 will explore how Prime Minister Julia Gillard could be rebranded in the face of widespread criticism.
The first episode looks at Gillard’s troubled image, and asks how “the only leader on Earth more besieged than Gaddafi” could have her political brand repositioned.
The new show, which explores the worlds of spin, branding, advertising and image control, will air on Wednesday 28 September at 9pm on ABC1 and Thursday 29 September at 9.30pm on ABC2.
It will feature Gruen Transfer regulars, Leo Burnett Sydney chief executive Todd Sampson and Y&R Brands chief executive Russel Howcroft.
