Former chairman and executive creative director of The Campaign Palace, Paul Fishlock, has launched a petition with the Supreme Court to sue his former employers.
The petition comes more than six months after AdNews exclusively reported Fishlock had walked way from his role at The Campaign Palace.
At the time of resignation Fishlock said he was “not in a position to make any comment in regard to what might lie ahead” - signalling a legal challenge was already in the works.
Fishlock left The Campaign Palace in 1996 to help launch agency BMF.
He returned to The Campaign Palace as chairman and executive creative director in 2004.
Fishlock was replaced by former Leo Burnett Chicago executive creative director Reed Collins, who came to the agency back in February to fill the void left by creative director Cameron Hoelter.
Fishlock failed to answer phone calls from AdNews today.
