ARN has re-branded its Classic Hits WSFM station in Sydney and GOLD stations in Melbourne to create one new Classic Hits Pure Gold Network.
A marketing campaign for the rebrand begins immediately on-air and via outdoor advertising, while ARN’s digital launch and a TV campaign for WSFM begins on April 28.
ARN’s national content director, Duncan Campbell said the move was about bolstering its older audience share.
“Continuing on with the launch of KIIS 1065 in Sydney this year, where we created a strong offering for the 25 – 44 demographic, we now take the next step in strengthening our brand for the 40 – 54s.”
