The weekend's AdNews Challenge brought in $100,000 for charity partner Un Ltd, with Mi9, Hourigan International, GSA, M&C Saatchi and Paykel Media raising the most.
The industry's inaugural fitness event, held in Sydney last weekend, saw teams from across the industry compete in a running, kayaking, swimming and biking challenge.
As past of the event, teams were asked to raise money for industry charity Un Ltd (formerly MAYDAY).
Mi9 topped the fundraisers, with $50,000, followed by Hourigan International with $10,317.
GSA Team One raised $8,870, while M&C Saatchi Team One pulled in $4,444.05 and Paykel Media Company raised $3,151.
AdNews understands there is still more money coming in from M&C Saatchi.
Un Ltd founder Kerry McCabe said: “UN LTD and our beneficiaries are hugely grateful to AdNews and the participants and sponsors of the AdNews Challenge. The format strikes the perfect balance of competition, team work and collective purpose.
"We believe that this will become and anticipated and unifying annual event for the media, marketing and advertising community.”
