BRISBANE: LJ Hooker is set to launch an ad campaign to promote the benefits of selling property through auction this spring.
The first stage of the “LJ Hooker Spring Auctionfest” campaign is to drive property listings, auctions and home loan inquiries. TV ads go to air nationally from this Sunday (23 August), outlining the cost-saving benefits available to vendors who auction their property during the month of October.
This will be followed by a second phase of marketing to attract buyers to LJ Hooker auctions during its "Spring AuctionFest" in October.
“Vendors listing with us now for auction can expect national buyer awareness, discounted marketing packages, strong local advertising, and other benefits and special incentives,” said LJ Hooker’s national auction manager Graeme Hyde.
“Buyers too will have the benefit of an increased selection of properties and information to help them through the buying process.”
TVCs are supported by an online component including ads on RealEstate.com.au and Fairfax Digital's Domain.com.au with banners and sky scrapers, strip ads, email alerts and footers.
The campaign was created in-house and overseen by LJ Hooker’s marketing strategist Bob Mitchell, with Insite Organisation planning the campaign and Mitchell & Partners Brisbane buying the media.
